  • Any required witnesses (you must supply them unless arranged in advance)

3. How long does a notary appointment take?

Most appointments take 5–15 minutes, depending on the number of documents and signatures.

4. Do you offer mobile or after-hours notary services?

Yes. We provide mobile notary services within Tennessee by appointment. Evening and weekend availability is offered when possible. Travel fees may apply and will be discussed beforehand.

Tennessee sets maximum fees for notarial acts. Our notarial acts start at $15 per signature. Additional travel or convenience fees may apply for mobile services and will always be disclosed and agreed upon before your appointment.

6. What documents can a Tennessee notary notarize?

We can notarize most documents as long as the signer is physically present in Tennessee (or present online for RON), has proper ID, and the document is complete. We cannot provide legal advice or notarize incomplete forms.

7. What types of ceremonies do you officiate?

We offer civil, secular, and customized wedding ceremonies throughout  Middle Tennessee. Whether you prefer a simple elopement or a personalized script, we tailor your ceremony to fit your vision.

Yes—availability permitting. Contact us directly to check same-day options.
