The Green Collective, PLLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates multiple service series, including:

  • Green & Grounded (mental health services)

  • Green Advisory (consultation services)

  • Green Notary (notary and officiant services)

This Website Privacy Policy applies to information collected through any website, landing page, contact form, social media page, or digital platform operated by The Green Collective, PLLC and its series. If you are receiving mental health services through Green & Grounded, your Protected Health Information (PHI) is governed by our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, which complies with HIPAA.

Generally, we may collect and use personal information for purposes including, but not limited to:

  • Billing and payment processing

  • Fulfilling services

  • Understanding customer needs

  • Improving our website, products, and services

  • Communicating with customers and potential customers about our offerings and related third‑party products and services

Therapy clients should use secure systems.

Billing and Payment Information

To enable payment for services, we may collect and store your name, address, phone number, email address, and other billing information. Clinical records are retained according to HIPAA and Tennessee state law.

Telehealth Services (Green & Grounded Only)

Green & Grounded may provide telehealth services through secure, HIPAA-compliant systems integrated with our EHR.

Telehealth privacy practices are governed by our separate Notice of Privacy Practices.

Third-Party Payment Processors

We use third‑party payment processors. When making a payment, your information may be collected directly by these processors, and their privacy policies will apply. 

For Green & Grounded therapy services, billing may be processed through our secure electronic health record system, including SimplePractice.

We do not store full credit card information on our public websites.

We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third‑party websites linked through our site. Your interactions with these sites are governed by their policies.
