Standard Notary Services

• Standard Notary Signature: $15 per signature

• Document Witnessing: $10 per witness signature
  (If additional witnesses are provided by the notary.)

 

Marriage Services

• Marriage License Signing (No Ceremony): $50
  Simple “sign-and-go” license signing.

• Elopement Ceremony (Couple Only): $75–$150
  Brief ceremony, often outdoors or at a private meeting spot.

• Standard Ceremony (Small Gathering): $150–$200
  Includes brief vows, ring exchange, and filing of the marriage license.

• Full Wedding Ceremony: $200–$350+
  For larger events, custom scripts, rehearsals, or special travel needs.

 

Travel Fees

• Within Local Service Area (most Middle TN ZIP codes): $10–$25

• Outside Service Area: $0.50–$0.75 per mile (round-trip)

• Hospital, Nursing Home, Jail, or Workplace Visits: $20–$50 surcharge
  Due to additional time or check-in procedures.

 

Printing & Document Handling

• Printing:

  • $0.50 per page (single-sided)

  • $1.00 per page (front/back)

• Scan & Email Return: $5–$10

• Document Preparation/Organizing: $10–$25

 

Additional Fees

• After-Hours / Weekend Service: $20–$50

• Same-Day / Rush Appointments: $15–$40

• Wait Time: $1 per minute after 10 minutes

• Additional Signer: $10 per signer

• Re-Appointment / Return Trip: $10–$25
